FASHION SUIT: JUMPSUIT V. PLAYSUIT

The Facts:

A sassy lady took an African print fabric to her clothier to make a jumpsuit. The lady and the clothier decided that a playsuit should be made from the leftover fabric . . .

After two photoshoot sessions featuring the jumpsuit and the playsuit, a contention arose between the parties to this fashion suit in respect of which party made the best fashion presentation of the African print fabric.

The claimant (Jumpsuit) has brought the defendant (Playsuit) to the court of fashion for the rightful determination of who made the best fashion presentation of the African print fabric.

The parties represent themselves and have given their evidence in the suit with the images below. As the judge in this court, we await your judgment on the sole issue for determination: which party made the best fashion presentation of the African print fabric, the jumpsuit or the playsuit?
