There is something about the combo of carrots, red onions, green bell peppers and spring onions that gives your skin that extra glow, isn’t there? Please tell me you have noticed it too. Of course you have. 

Not surprising since vegetables are rich in nutrients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc.) good for healthy living as well as instrumental to having beautiful skin. We all know that when your skin looks good, you look real good. 😉

So I have in the dish below, stir fried veggies in an omelette with enough scotch bonnet peppers. There’s something about eggs that makes me have a preference for eating them red hot. Hot enough for me to be grateful for my chilled homemade juice which accompanied this veggies omelette home. Lol. 

Watermelon, pineapple and oranges made up the juice. Hey, what’s the difference between juice and smoothie by the way? You got it, fiber. So I had some fiber filtered out of the smoothie I made. Figured juice would accompany the omelette home better than smoothie. But fiber is healthy so I didn’t discard the fiber. Took it after my meal. Lol.

This was a very tasty, filling and healthy meal for breakfast I have to say. Wish you could have joined me. Next time perhaps. Lol.
