Nice combo right? Since I am into coconut oil as a skin moisturizer, and I make my coconut oil myself, it means I can drink as much coconut water as I want because it is always available. But I got tired of drinking just coconut water and decided to turn up the taste with something different. However, I was almost out of fruits at home. I had just strawberries and coconut. If only I had bananas as well. What’s a girl to do but make the most of what she’s got?




I cut up some strawberries and blended with coconut water. Wanted to add some honey but there was no honey at home 🙁   I had to make do with sugar and that is not ideal for someone on a quest for fitness like I am. I really have to get rid of my sweet tooth.





So lets see what I have here in my glass of juice. Strawberries are a great source of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants while coconut water contains nutrients like pottasium, calcium, magnesium etc.

Refreshing taste but I think two fingers of banana would have enriched it both in nutrients and in taste. Next time perhaps.
