Still on the lime on skin romance which is not surprising after the effect of lime juice on my facial skin. Naturally, I wondered what my feet, knees and dark knuckles would look like if lime juice was used on them. Again, I was wowed by the effect.

How to?

Feet: wipe your feet and heels with cotton balls soaked in lime juice.  Leave for about 10-15 minutes, rinse off and moisturize with virgin organic coconut oil.

Knuckles: wipe knuckles and back of hands with cotton balls soaked in lime juice. Leave for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse off and moisturize with virgin organic coconut oil.

Try it  three times a week before you decide whether you want to stop or continue.

Knees: same as hands and feet above. You can also try it out on rough looking elbows.

For those of us who did a lot of laundry manually before discovering the joys of washing machines, you will notice that your hands will look noticeably fresher. For me, it also minimized the appearance of my naturally dark knuckles and gave my knees and feet a fresh look.

NB: I am not a skin care professional neither am I a dermatologist. Just sharing my beauty findings. 😉

So see your dermatologist before you act on anything you read here.
